Today’s vehicles are rolling computer networks with multiple processors, sensors, and miles of wiring. The mechanical elements from the suspension to the engine valve train are extremely sophisticated and monitored by your vehicle's computer system. Diagnosis and repairs are more exacting than ever before. Even a simple tire rotation may involve resetting the tire pressure monitoring system to ensure its operating optimally.

Daddio's OnPoint technicians stay current on automotive technology, best repair practices, and diagnostics by consistently learning new techniques, training on those they know well, and by attaining ASE certification through the Automotive Service Excellence program. Our company's owner, Tony Moretto, is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 35 years of automotive repair experience; Jason Ligman, our Senior Technician, is ASE Certified in Brakes & Suspension/Steering Systems, and has plans to achieve a few more certifications throughout 2023; Bodhi Herndon, our Junior Technician, has yet to explore certification but has amassed a large base of knowledge and experience in the short time he's been a part of Daddio's OnPoint. Our Team also gains knowledge through courses offered by our parts suppliers, parts manufacturers, and other reputable sources. We encourage them to learn, expanding their knowledge so they can then bring that information to Daddio's OnPoint and apply it to real-time, hand-on repairs.
